Recording Inspector

You are using the TV recording functions of the Media Center under Windows 7 or Windows 8? Then you might be interested in the following nice freeware tool.

Somebody who is using the Windows Media Center under Windows 7 will soon find out that there are some features missing. One is the option to automatically shutdown the computer or set into standby mode after TV recordings have been finished. I've made this little freeware program to resolve this issue. It will set your PC into the desired mode as soon as there is no active recording left.

There is no need to install the software on your system. Simply download the file, copy it on your windows desktop or wherever you want and double click on the program icon. The program itself doesn't need further files to work.

Hopefully I could help somebody out there by publishing this tool. If you would find any bugs, you are allowed to keep them :-)

„Recording Inspector“ is freeware. It's free of charge and can be used without any limitations. Further it may be copied and given away, but only in its original, untouched form.
